Terms of Agreement

By registering on the “KinoHub” website, you agree that the company has the right to use registration data for marketing purposes. Registration data stored and used by LLC "KinoHub RIN" is not transferred to third parties. The storage and use of data fully comply with the current legislation of Ukraine on the inviolability of personal information. This user agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", is concluded between the online store “KinoHub RIN”, located on the Internet at https://kinohub.in.ua/en, hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store", and the user of the Online Store's services, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", and defines the terms of purchasing goods through the Website.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store at the time of placing an order. The Buyer confirms their agreement with the terms set forth in this Agreement by selecting the checkbox "I agree with the Terms of Agreement" when placing an order.
1.2. This Agreement, as well as information about the product presented on the Website, is a public offer.
1.3. The relations between the Buyer and the Online Store are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine on the sale of goods via the Internet.
1.4. The Buyer can be any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for the ordered goods in the manner and under the conditions established by this Agreement, within the territory of Ukraine.
1.5. The Online Store reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.
1.6. This Agreement should be considered as published on the Website and should be applied and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

2. Product Information

2.1. The product is presented on the Website through photo samples, which are the property of the Online Store.
2.2. Each photo sample is accompanied by textual information: article number, price, and product description.
2.3. The price of the product indicated on the Website may be changed by the Online Store unilaterally.

3. Ordering Products on the Website

3.1. The Buyer can place an order for any product presented on the Website. Each product can be ordered in any quantity.
3.2. After placing an order, an email is sent to the Buyer confirming the acceptance of the order, indicating the names of the selected products and the total order amount, which is an integral part of this Agreement. Then, the Online Store manager contacts the Buyer (by phone or email) to confirm the order.
3.3. If the product is out of stock, the Online Store manager is obliged to inform the Buyer (by phone or email).

4. Payment for Products

4.1. Payment methods for products are indicated on the Website in the "Payment" section or "Payment Methods" in the cart.
4.2. When paying, the Buyer transfers money to the representative of the Online Store in the form of a delivery service courier or via non-cash payment.
4.3. Products are paid for only in hryvnias.
4.4. If funds are not received, the Online Store reserves the right to cancel the order.

5. Delivery and Acceptance of Products

5.1. Delivery of products ordered in the Online Store in the agreed quantity and assortment is carried out by the delivery service within the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv region, as well as to other cities of Ukraine or to the warehouses of transport companies, where orders are issued.
5.2. Delivery costs are paid by the Buyer according to the rates indicated on the Website in the "Delivery" section or "Delivery Methods" in the cart.
5.3. Shipment and delivery of the ordered products are carried out within the terms agreed with the Buyer.
5.4. The Buyer is obliged, in the presence of the Online Store courier, to accept the ordered products in terms of quantity, quality, assortment, and completeness.
5.5. The Buyer understands the possibility of a situation where delivery may take more than 2 working days (due to the peculiarities of the delivery service; a large volume of orders, and, as a result, an extension of the processing time for each order, etc.), or delivery may be temporarily impossible. In this case, the Online Store does not assume any obligations to compensate the Buyer for any losses related to the untimely delivery of the order. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the delivery terms, they have the right to cancel the order on the day it is placed by contacting the Online Store manager.

6. Return of Products

6.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the product after receiving it within 14 days. The return of products of proper quality is possible if their marketable condition, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase (invoice, receipt), are preserved.
6.2. The Buyer does not have the right to refuse products of proper quality that have individually defined properties if the specified product can be used exclusively by the Buyer.
6.3. In case of the Buyer's refusal of the product, the Online Store returns the amount paid for the product, minus the costs incurred by the Online Store related to the delivery of the product to the Buyer and the removal of the product from the Buyer, no later than twenty days from the date the Buyer submits the corresponding request.
6.4. Products of improper quality can be replaced with similar products of proper quality or returned to the Seller. In this case, the delivery of the product is paid for by the Seller.

7. Other Conditions

7.1. The Online Store reserves the right to expand and reduce the product offering on the Website, regulate access to the purchase of any products, as well as suspend or terminate the sale of any products at its sole discretion.
7.2. The Online Store has the right to conduct special promotions.
7.3. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data", by placing an order, you consent to the Online Store processing your personal data for the purpose of sending information and promoting products on the market without a time limit. This consent can be withdrawn by you by written notification. In this case, your personal data will be destroyed, and their processing will be terminated within 14 working days from the date we receive the notification.
7.4. The Seller has the right to unilaterally make changes to the Agreement by publishing the changes on the Website at https://kinohub.in.ua/en, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.
